Cherry Creek’s latest arrival is in the former post office (but you’d never know it).
The hotel is surrounded by hip restaurants. Quality Italian is a must; they make excellent Chicken Parmesan. Departure, which is run by a famous chef, Gregory Gourdet, also has delicious food. After you eat there, you can relax at the hotel’s rooftop pool and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. At night, you can head to the speakeasy in the basement for a one-of-a-kind cocktail.
After that, you can kick back in your room. It has a turntable. You can turn the vinyl on your own turntable. And the lovely neighbourhood restaurant next door offers inexpensive appetizers and drinks.

2. St Julien
Boulder’s St Julien is a four-star hotel located in the heart of the city. It is a great place for guests to stroll Pearl Street for great shopping and restaurants, and to hike the Flatirons.
The hotel is really its own world. There are gorgeous mountain views, live music on the terrace, and a restaurant that’s popular with locals. The spa is 10,000 square feet of luxury, including a pool and exclusive spa services. The hotel is constructed with local flagstone bricks and has the town’s signature look.
3. The Ramble Hotel
The River North District once used to be gritty and industrial, but now it’s the artsy community of breweries, restaurants, and boutiques. The newest addition to the River North District is The Ramble. The Ramble features 50 themed rooms that are reminiscent of 17th-century French salons. These salons have dark walls, lush seating areas, and chandeliers similar to those in Versailles.
A funky, colorful murals of the neighborhood can be found outside. The bar boasts an outpost of Death & Co, one of the best cocktail lounges in the world. It’s owned by Dana Rodriguez, a James Beard Award-nominated chef. Step inside Super Mega Bien, a Latin-Asian dim sum concept that also serves up cocktails.
4. The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch
This lodge is a four-star ski-in-ski-out property. It is known for its luxurious amenities, such as high-fiber sheets, excellent snowfall, leading to great terrain. An easy destination for skiers and snowboarders.
This luxury hotel is an extraordinary place to stay. Although it’s not in the mountains, it offers a rustic elegance and a wonderful ambiance, as well as fine dining. It also has a cigar bar and an awesome dog that patrons can play with. The miners who settled here would be impressed by the amenities, but they’d be even more surprised by the comfort of the beds, the large rooms, and the spacious bathrooms.
Nearby Beano’s Cabin is a great place to have dinner. It is only accessible by horse-drawn carriage, which makes it extra special.
5. The Little Nell
The Nell is the best place for celebrities to hide. It’s the perfect ski-in, ski-out lodge at the base of the Silver Queen Gondola. The Nell is at the center of Aspen’s social scene, but it’s a discreet, hospitable setting. The hotel features a spa and elegant dining options.

7. The Sebastian
One of the country’s most popular ski resorts is in Vail, Colorado. Naturally, Vail has one of the country’s best five-star hotels. The Sebastian Hotel offers dog-friendly suites with sitting areas and jetted tubs in the en suite bathrooms, but it’s the common areas that elevate this place to luxury status.
At the Vail Cascade, you can have a morning coffee at the Library, hang out in a hot tub after skiing, and enjoy the poolside views. You can also check out games from the game room, relax in the spa and fitness center, and try restaurants just steps from Vail Village.

8. Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center
Aurora’s newest hotel complex is huge. It’s the largest hotel in the Denver area and is located ten minutes from Denver International Airport. The hotel boasts 1,501 rooms, four ballrooms, 81 meeting spaces, and five outdoor event spaces.
The Westin Harbour Castle Toronto is the place to go to for business and families alike. It will include eight dining choices (Italian, Asian, and Steakhouse), a spa salon, a fitness center, and shops. The best part of all is the indoor/outdoor water park with lazy rivers.
If you want to learn more about the history of aviation and space, visit the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. It’s only 30 minutes away and offers many fascinating artifacts such as spacecrafts, planes, and other pieces of history.
9. The Sonnenalp
At the heart of Vail Village is the Sonnenalp, a classic hotel known for its spa. It has a riverside pool, an oxygen bar, and a poolside bar. It also has indoor and outdoor pools, and plenty of relaxing lounge chairs.
The hotel has an alpine theme that jives with the Western feel of the town. Each room has a mounted antler, a private fireplace, and plush robes. The eatery, Bully Ranch, is a well-known Vail burger destination.
